Man it's been a while.

Today was a good run. We are taking off 15-20% of our mileage this week. My legs were feeling pretty good today. Went a 6:22 average today. The last mile was pretty hard. It was basically down hill.

It was hard to hit the times. My legs felt heavy and it was hard to get up to speed but I had a tailwind to help a little thank goodness.

Just a recovery run today. Legs were still feeling heavy and weak. I did a 7:15 average.

Felt better today for most of my run. The last mile or two miles my legs started to feel weak but I was able to go a 6:50 pace.

Feeling better! My run was about the same as yesterday but instead of the last mile or two, it was the last .75 of my run. Went about 7:00 pace.

A good way to finished the week and start going into my break. I felt good most of the run again. My calfs hurt a little the last little bit but not much. went a 6:40 average today.

I'll be building mileage starting the week after my break. I'll be building up to 8-10 miles a day. Never thought I will ever run that far.

The build begins. We are at 1/2 of our normal mileage for the start of our build up. Ran right after work so it was hit but not too bad. Legs felt good again! The break helped!
