Feeling better! My run was about the same as yesterday but instead of the last mile or two, it was the last .75 of my run. Went about 7:00 pace.

A good way to finished the week and start going into my break. I felt good most of the run again. My calfs hurt a little the last little bit but not much. went a 6:40 average today.

I'll be building mileage starting the week after my break. I'll be building up to 8-10 miles a day. Never thought I will ever run that far.

The build begins. We are at 1/2 of our normal mileage for the start of our build up. Ran right after work so it was hit but not too bad. Legs felt good again! The break helped!
