Well I've been reffing a soccer tournament all weekend so I couldn't log my runs but I got them done. Today was pretty good. We had the "Kicker" workout today (uphill timed run)! I got a PR by 33 seconds...I think. It was a 8:18 and my previous time was a 8:51. I figued out how to pace myself with thom and it really has helped a ton!! Cooled down for a mile and iced with the team at the Sprin. Shout out to Kaylee for getting duncked under water! And Shout out to me for being the one to dunk her!;) Go Fam!
