Speed today!!! 800 workout. We did 3x300, 200, 100. Was doing it at 1:53 pace. Legs got a little heavy on the 2nd set but got through it. Did a 2 mile run after PT.
Did 4 miles today. We did a distance run with 10 1minute pick ups through out it. I was only able to get 6 since my mileage is so low. Felt pretty good. Ran past the missionarys...thought that was cool! Strected for while and took an ice bath.
