Well today was a distance run. My calves were still tight from the 5k I did on Monday. After the warm up, Austin and I rolled each other out for a bit and it helped a ton! The run was a little hard today but that's okay! My average pace was a 6:29. Did abs then iced for 20 minutes...My legs feel amazing now! So I have to ref another soccer tournament tomorrow through Saturday so I won't be posting for a while.
