Speed today!! Didn't feel the greatest but I pushed through! I want a 1:53 this weekend and this workout is a good way to help! We did 2x200, 800, 400, 200, 200, 200. Thee 200s were at 800 pace and the 400 at mile pace and the 800 at 2 mile pace. It hurt and my legs got heavy but pushed through! Took an ice bath and had coach Rowe lecture me for a few minutes! :D Today could've been better but I can't complain!:)
