Well we had Region today. warmed up a mile and strechted pretty good. The first mile was at perfect pace! 5:15. the second mile was a struggle...5:37....my mom was yelling at me to go faster so I did. the last mile was awesome! 5:11!! My kick hurt so good. Got a great time for me and we qualified for state!!!
