Well we had are team race and I was a Captain for the Black team. We warmed up a mile and did drills. The race was pretty good. I felt like it could've made it better mentally. My time was a 17:01 so wasn't too bad. I was 6 seconds behind Micheal and that was a good feeling. Cooled down for a half mile then took an ice bath.
