Today we had a fun workout. 10x400m, first 5 were at 5k pace, then the next 3 were 2 mile pace, and mile pace and all out. My legs were heavy but that didn't stop me. I was consistant with all of my times and they were the times i wanted. The last 400 hurt so good. Hit a 59 on that one. Did the rest of my mileage on the bike and had Austin roll me out. Then took an ice bath when I got home.
